About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading courier company for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Debrief Operative to join their busy team in Aylesford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics environment and takes pride in accuracy and organisation.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 1:00pm – 9:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Debriefing drivers at the end of their routes
• Accurately inputting delivery and collection data into internal systems
• Handling and processing returned or undelivered items
• Investigating and reporting any delivery issues or discrepancies
• Ensuring all paperwork is completed and filed correctly
• Communicating effectively with drivers and warehouse staff

Requirements

• Computer literate with the ability to quickly learn internal systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is desirable but not essential
